The apartment has been equipped with everything for your comfort and convenience. All furniture, furnishings and accessories are tastefully co-ordinated and offer a real home from home experience.
The roof terrace is beautifully furnished with modern sunloungers, large table and chairs and additional armchairs with coffee table. Folding sunloungers are also provided for the poolside and beach.

The Lounge / Dining Area
a bright, modern and comfortable living area furnished with leather sofa bed, leather swivel chair, 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player, IPOD docking station, light oak side table and lamp. Satellite TV is available with approximately 30 English Channels. There is also a selection of DVDs for your entertainment.
The dining area comprises of a modern light oak dining table with brown high back leather dining chairs and co-ordinating tableware.
The Kitchen
A fully fitted modern open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, hob, extractor, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Bedroom 1
A light and airy room which enjoys the early morning sun. The room is furnished with a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes with drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps, dressing table, mirror and tub chair. A hairdryer is also provided. Freshly laundered co-ordinating bed linen and towels are provided.
Bedroom 2
Another light and airy room which also enjoys the early morning sunshine. This room is furnished with two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes with drawers, a bedside cabinet, lamp and full length mirror. Again co-ordinating bed linen and towels are provided.
The Bathroom
A modern bathroom with full white suite, comprising bath with shower, shower screen, wash basin with mirror/shelf and light over, toilet and bidet. As this is an end apartment, the bathroom has the benefit of an opening window for extra light and ventilation.
Towels and facecloths are provided, all freshly laundered for your arrival by our property manager.
The Balcony
There is a private west facing first floor balcony adjacent to the lounge/dining area with table and chairs, overlooking the pool, children’s play area and garden. There is private access to a large rooftop solarium from the balcony.
The Roof Terrace / Solarium
A stunning private roof terrace which enjoys the sun all day and offers spectacular views of the mountains in all directions and side views towards the golf course. The roof terrace is furnished with modern sunloungers, table and chairs, parasol and comfortable armchairs with additional coffee table to enable you to relax and enjoy a cool drink whilst watching the sun set over the mountains. There is also a BBQ for dining al fresco. Lighting and electrical power are also available on the roof terrace.
