A nightly rate is also available for bookings of less than seven nights, subject to availability. Please enquire.
For all bookings there is a compulsory charge of 50 euros for the cleaning and linen change which is payable directly to our property manager on arrival.
For longer stays a mid-stay linen change can be arranged at a cost of 20 euros.
Welcome packs can also be provided for your arrival at a cost of 20 euros, payable directly to our property manager.
A deposit of £50.00 per week is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to departure. For departures within six weeks the full rental charge is payable at the time of booking.
Our property manager is also able to offer a hot and cold food menu – all food is prepared fresh to order and is delivered to your apartment. Food can also be ordered in advance for your arrival. Please enquire.
