The Apartments

These two luxury first floor apartments are situated in Jardin 12 on the fabulous 5 star Polaris World Golf Resort of Condado de Alhama.

Each apartment has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard and both are fully air conditioned with high quality Panasonic units in the lounges and bedrooms, providing both cooling and heating.

The apartments overlook the swimming pool and garden area, so you can relax on your own private balcony or roof terrace whilst watching the children in the pool.

The apartments each have their own balcony with table and chairs and private access to a large rooftop terrace/solarium with spectacular views of the mountains and Sierra Espuna National Park. The roof terraces enjoy the sun all day long and have been furnished with sunloungers, table and chairs and additional comfy seating to enable you to relax and enjoy a cool drink. There is also a BBQ for dining al fresco. As the apartments are west facing, you will experience spectacular sunsets over the mountains whilst dining on your own private roof terrace or balcony. As the sun sets over Condado, the pool and garden areas are illuminated, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere as you enjoy a glass or two of the local wine under the stars.
